Versand- & Zahlungsbedingungen

1. Versandkosten

Darin enthalten sind Versandkarton, Füllmaterial, Gebühr für den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Anschluss an ein flächendeckendes System zur Verpackungsentsorgung, das Porto und unsere Arbeit.

Bei Vereinbarung der Selbstabholung werden keine Versandkosten berechnet.


Versand innerhalb Deutschlands

Die Versandkosten betragen pauschal 5,00 Euro.

Bei einer Bestellung ab 90 Euro ist der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands kostenfrei.


Versand in die Europäische Union

Bis zu einem Gewicht von maximal 500 g kostet der Versand 7,60 Euro.
Pakete mit einem Gewicht von über 500 g bis 1 kg kosten 12,00 Euro.
Pakete mit einem Gewicht von über 1 bis 2 kg kosten 24,00 Euro.


Versand in europäische Länder, die nicht in der EU sind

Lieferungen in diese Länder erfolgt ohne Mehrwertsteuer. Bei der Einfuhr können durch den jeweiligen Zoll Abgaben erhoben werden, die von Käufer zu tragen sind. Über deren Höhe oder eventuelle Abgabenfreigrenzen geben die Zollämter Auskunft. Wegen der Vorschriften für die Lieferung von Silber in die Schweiz bitten wir darum, vor einer Bestellung mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen.

2. Lieferzeiten

Wir liefern binnen 5 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang, wenn nicht beim Artikel anders angegeben.


3. Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen

Wir liefern nur an volljährige Personen. Beim Erstellen des Kundenkontos ist daher das Geburtsdatum anzugeben. Durch das Akzeptieren der AGB während des Bestellvorgangs erklärt sich der Kunde als darüber informiert und einverstanden.

Wir versenden grundsätzlich versichert. Wir liefern frei Haus. Eine Abgabe an einer DHL-Packstation, einer Postfiliale oder einem DHL-Paketshop nach Wahl lässt sich über die Angabe zur Versandadresse einrichten.
 

Akzeptierte Zahlungsmöglichkeiten

-  Vorkasse per Überweisung. Bei Überweisungen, die von außerhalb der EU getätigt werden, können von den Banken erhöhte Gebühren erhoben werden. Möchtest Du über Transferwise zahlen, nimm Kontakt mit uns auf.

4. Bestellverlaufkennzeichnen

Den Status Deiner Bestellung, also Informationen, ob der Auftrag nach Eingang der Zahlung in Arbeit ist und ob Dein Paket zu Dir unterwegs ist, erfährst Du automatisch per E-Mail. Zusätzlich sind diese Informationen für Dich auf der Shop-Seite unter "Mein Konto" einsehbar.

Prices

All prices indicated in the shop include the statutory value added tax of 19%. Upon registration of an address outside the European Union, prices after deduction are displayed.

There is no minimum order value.

1. Shipping costs

Included in the shipping costs are the shipping box, fee for the german comprehensive system of packaging disposal, postal charges, shipping insurance and our work. On the package you will only see the net postage, because german postal service doesn´t mark insured shipments for good reason.
When the merchandise is picked up by the customer, no shipping costs are charged.

Shipping within Germany

The cost of shipping is 5,00 Euro.
In case the order exceeds an amount of 90,00 Euro, delivery within Germany is free.

Shipping within the European Union

Sorry that we don´t deliver alcoholic beverages (mead/Met) in this countries!

Orders of a maximum weight up to 500 g cost 7,60 Euro.
Parcels weighing over 500g and up to 1 kg cost 12,00 Euro.
Parcels weighing over 1 kg and up to 2 kg cost 24,00 Euro.


Shipping to Non-EU European countries

Sorry that we don´t deliver alcoholic beverages (mead/Met) or herbal tea, spices (Kräutertee, Gewürze) in this countries!

Deliveries to these countries will be made without German value added tax. Additional customs fees may apply and must be paid by the buyer. The customs offices provide information about the fees as well as possible duty exemption limits. Due to the regulations concerning the delivery of silver to Switzerland, please contact us prior to placing an order.

2. Delivery time

We ship our order within five working days after payment has been received.

3. Conditions of delivery and payment

We only ship to mature persons. Therefore you have to declare your date of birth when you create your client account. By accepting the general terms and conditions during the order process, the customer declares himself informed and states his agreement.

We generally ship our orders insured. We deliver to your home, but not to automatic parcel delivery systems or post office boxes.

We deliver upon advance payment and PayPal payment. Additional bank fees may apply for currancy change. If you like to pay via Transferwise, please contact us.

Alcoholic beverages (mead) is only delivered in Germany.

4. Order procedure

You will automatically receive e-mails about the status of your order, i.e. information about whether the order is being processed after payment has been received "In Arbeit" (= in process), or whether your parcel has been dispatched to you "Verschickt" (= dispatched). You may also access this information by logging into "Mein Konto" ( = my account) on the shop website.
